The Sandpaper Factory, Rockland
The Sandpaper Factory, located at 83 East Water Street in Rockland, MA is a 120,000 square foot mill building that has been converted into multi-tenant creative spaces for rent or lease. Several spaces are available for immediate occupancy. Studio spaces start at 280 SF but larger studios and commercial spaces can also be accommodated. The four-story building is serviced by a freight elevator.

A new project of Lawrence Community Works, the Union Crossing Artist Studios offer 28 loft-style work studios for artists and artisans. Tenants have access to a community classroom and gallery, common kitchen, fitness center, and free Wi-fi. The Union Crossing building is also home to the LCW’s Financial Stability Center, which offers a variety of financial education and asset-building services.
